How to Self Check for Diastasis Recti

~Lay on back, knees bent, feet on floor, put fingers at belly button, push down a little bit and do a crunch.

~Measure how many fingers if any you can get in the gap.

~Repeat with fingers just above and below belly button.

~If you can put more than 1 finger in the gap, that is considered Diastasis Recti.
